Peter Kazella and Associates, Inc. is rapidly expanding Executive Search Firm based in the New York City Metropolitan Area with a National client base focused in Information Technology, Facilities Engineering and Healthcare.
Technical Recruiter Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5-10 years experience working as a Technical Recruiter. The candidate must possess a strong history of identifying, qualifying and recruiting candidates and the ability to close.Candidates need to display consistency and exemplify a strong work ethic, self-discipline, and have the ability to work independently from a remote location or home office.
Required Skills:
Strong PC skills, Microsoft Outlook, Boolean Search, ATS Familiarity, Ability to Prioritize, Strong time management skills are a must. All qualified candidates must have previous creative sourcing experience (referrals, lists, user groups, professional trade organizations, cold calls, etc).Verifiable Strong IT recruiting experience with professional references are a must.
