His responsibilities have ranged from managing small, aggressive recruiting teams staffing consulting and full time positions with top investment banks and financial services firms to helping technology product and services companies build corporate cultures of quality. Recruiting venues supported include staff augmentation and outsourced, in-sourced models. He possesses extensive knowledge of immigration and labor law.

Prior to this he was a Partner at Strategic Solutions Partners Inc, a Recruiting Manager with Mercury Technologies and a recruiting manager, senior staff recruiter and contract recruiter for several elite New York full-time staffing firms and technology companies including InterWorld and C3i.
